W68T6EM SERIES WOOD PROPELLERS FOR 200 MPH/160HP AIRCRAFT
For aircraft which cruise in the 180 - 200 mph region and use a Lycoming O-320 series engine, Sensenich recommends the W68T6EM-( ) series propeller.
Propeller pitch is selected as appropriate to aircraft type, engine rating, and climb/cruise preference. A Uralite leading edge is cast in place on the blade, which provides superior protection without any aerodynamic penalties. Resaw construction is used, with 14 laminations providing the proper combination of strength and material stability for high performance tractor aircraft. All Sensenich propellers are manufactured under strict production certificate standards, with material certification and 48 point conformity inspection for each experimental category propeller.
Clear polyurethane finish is standard, with a gloss gray option.
The adapter assembly includes: crush plate, propeller mounting bolts, adapter mounting bolts, and adapter with customer specified extension length. The 1.25" length adapter is a "solid" type, while adapter lengths 3" and longer are of the "spool" type. Custom adapter lengths are available.
NOTE FOR RV’S: This propeller requires a 1/2" thick spacer to provide the standard 4 3/8" prop hub thickness for use with Van’s adapter, mounting hardware and spinner. The spacer (as shown in Van’s catalog) is placed under the spinner front bulkhead and 3/8" crush plate. The 1.2 lb spacer improves the usual aft CG of RV’s.

| Propeller Recommendation (dia. x pitch): |
| NOTE: The standard pitches below will result in full throttle/level flight RPM’s approx. 2700-2750 at sea level. To reduce FTLF RPM’s by 100, increase pitch by 2 inches. |

• Glassair and Lancair add two inches to above pitches.
• Field elevations above 4,000 feet, subtract two inches of pitch.
• Diameter and pitch changes are interchangeable for equivalent RPM’s: i.e. add 2" of diameter, then reduce pitch by 2" and vice versa.
