   For aircraft which cruise in the 170 - 200 mph region and use a Lycoming O-290 or Lycoming O-320 series engine, Sensenich recommends the W67CML-( ) series propeller. This propeller was designed specifically for high performance pusher aircraft, with tailored airfoils and pitch distribution for maximum efficiency. Resaw construction is used, with 14 laminations providing the proper combination of strength and material stability under the high temperature and stress environment of pusher aircraft. All Sensenich propellers are manufactured under strict production certificate standards, with material certification and 48 point conformity inspection for each experimental category propeller.

   Propeller pitch is selected as appropriate to aircraft type, engine rating, and climb/cruise preference. Propeller leading edge protection is provided by a recessed urethane leading edge which is cast in place on the blade with no aerodynamic penalties.

   Clear polyurethane finish is standard, with a gloss gray option.

   The W67CML propeller is experimental category, and has the same bolt pattern drilling as the standard Lycoming O-320 flange with 3/8" diameter bolts. When installed on a spool type extension, a 7" diameter mounting flange and crush plate are highly recommended for maximum torque transmission. The adapter assembly includes: crush plate, propeller mounting bolts, adapter mounting bolts, and adapter with customer specified extension length. The 1.25" length adapter is a "solid" type, while adapter lengths 3" and longer are of the "spool" type. Custom adapter lengths are available.

• Field elevations above 4,000 feet, subtract two inches of pitch.
• Diameter and pitch changes are interchangeable for equivalent RPM’s: i.e. add 2" of diameter, then reduce pitch by 2" and vice versa.
